Standard shipping usually takes 5-10 business days. For larger furniture pieces, our white-glove delivery service will contact you within 48 hours of purchase to schedule a specific delivery window.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, RASM ships to the contiguous United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to support international orders in the near future.
What is your return policy for home goods?
We offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-made upholstery and final sale items are not eligible for returns.
